After setting up the device as instructed and inputing my pin, the screen LOCKS and there's only one option, disconnect the usb then input the pin again and screen LOCKS. That's it. It's non functional. I did some searches online and it seems that several people are having the same problem. So after trying to get out of LOCKED MODE I wrote to them and got an auto reply saying they'll get back to me in 14 DAYS.
So anyway 14 days later no email from Trezor, finally I receive a reply from them 20 DAYS later. And the reply seems very generic like they haven't even read what my problem is and have just sent a pre written email that they send to everyone. Apart from that, their return policy is 15 days after receiving it. I feel totally scammed by this company. They don't deserve to be in business.
I bought this piece of garbage in 2018 and it will not OPEN!!!! My Bitcoin is now gone. They said my device is out of warranty, buyer beware don't buy this piece of crap.
Does anyone know of a lawsuit against these criminals yet? I'm interested if there is.

I bought a Trezor Model T several weeks ago. I was able to transfer in most of my coins however some are still pending/missing. I sent in a request to Trezor customer support over 20 days ago and still no reply.
Honestly I get better customer service when I buy a $25 local gas gift card. Considering Trezor has been around for years there is absolutely no excuse for not answering inquiries period. Bottom line is that my crypto is missing from my Trezor Model T.
NON EXISTING SUPPORT
It’s a real shame as I liked the product, but receiving email stating they are closing unassigned tickets as they are old is the worst excuse ever.
Never mind how good a product is, without decent levels of support it’s a bad product!
Excuses that the department is extremely busy means your Support Manager is useless at their job! Scale up your team!!
I recently purchased the Trezor T “thinking” it was a state of the art devise. Found it easy to use and was throughly happy with the devise. That was until I needed to transfer Ethereum from my BlockFi account to my Trezor wallet. When I made the transfer BlockFi confirmed by email and said it would take a few days for the transfer to be completed. As promised, a few days later they emailed saying it was sent to my Trezor wallets address. I went to my Trezor wallet and there was nothing there. I immediately contacted BlockFi who again immediately got back to me stating the funds were transferred using a system called Smart Contracts which from what I understand is a very common transfer service. I “tried” to contact Trezor Customer Support and they emailed me back to say that it would take 20 days or more for a response and reply. 3 weeks later, I still haven’t heard a word back from Trezor and I am missing thousands in Ethereum of which I wanted to sell so I’ve lost a ton of money. Do not use Trezor as there abilities to serve their clients is “none existent”
EDIT: Thank you Trezor for replying. For anyone wondering why you can't see your crypto in the hardware wallet itself, it's because you'll likely find it on the Trezor Suite (a separate desktop app that you need to download), although they do not make this explicitly clear upon purchasing/setting up this device therefore leading to confusion and frustration.
In the initial correspondence it appeared that the customer service staff didn't read the email we sent properly or actually look at the screenshots we provided and that's why the case was considered "closed".
We can now see and have access to our bitcoin.
This has been an ongoing frustration since March and are now delighted to have it back although we have lost out some what due to this wait.
Purchased the Trezor Model T wallet a few months ago after reading it was "supposed" to be the best hardware wallet on the market and now we have No Bitcoin! We transferred over bitcoin to the wallet only to go on a week later to find it had disappeared! It was 100% on the wallet as we triple checked it at the time of transfer. The support webpage said it could have been an update issue so we transferred what cryptocurrency we had on the device to a different wallet and wiped it to get rid of the update that supposedly caused the issue of us not being able to see our bitcoin. Once back on and connected our account to it, surprise surprise NO BITCOIN THERE! We then sent in a ticket for support and got the standard "we will reply within 20 days" however we didn't receive a reply until well over 30 days after we initially sent the ticket. The reply we did receive asked us to check everything we had already done so we replied with the answers alongside some screenshots. Today, we have just received an email stating that Trezor has closed the ticket because it had been resolved. I can tell you now that it 100% has NOT been resolved. Honestly the worst customer service we have ever received!
Oh and Trezor: our ticket number is 62216 if you wouldn't mind replying.
I never got past "Connect your device". The site asked me to download something called "Bridge" which did not help. Even if spent the next hour troubleshooting the issue, would I really be comfortable sending my money to this thing after that?! Not a chance in hell! what happens when my money is in limbo and this thing starts acting up. Totally disgusted. People say use these things because they are safe. I'm safer leaving my money on the GD crypto exchange hot wallet!!
Product was not functional (deformed usb port), hidden shipping fees and horrible customer service (opened two service tickets and both were never replied to).
Ordered the 3 pack and only 2 were delivered. No reply from customer service after raising a ticket. Will be trying to rectify with my credit card company
The whole process was painful. The product was first shipped to the wrong address and when they sent the second one, they left the process in the middle and never informed me of the new tracking code. Was very very hard to reach out to any customer support.
After 2 months, I finally got the product.
The product is good and fast to setup. Do not get me wrong, it is a nice product, but it can become very frustrating to get it.
Ordered a Trezor over three weeks ago, still haven't received it. Sent them an email requesting a refund, got a reply after a few days stating that one of their agents will look into it and I should expect to wait up to 20 days for a response.
UPDATE: they offered a refund, which I am still waiting for after more than two weeks.
My bitcoin disappeared from my account I have very good security on all my devices the fact that you reply 7 weeks after my initial message is proof that Trezor does not care!
Do not purchase this wallet your Bitcoin is not secure and they do not care!
